The steps
- 1Screenshot the whole page with the date and link visible.
- 2Save the link, the account name, and the time you saw it.
- 3Save a copy of the page before it can be deleted.
- 4Keep originals. Never crop or mark up the only copy.
- 5Log everything in one sheet: date, link, platform, who posted, reach.
- 6Share the log with your attorney.
